Fat-shionista #545

IMG_5980A few weeks ago, my friend Evelyn of The Bottomsup Blog asked over Facebook chat if I spend time planning my outfits or I naturally just know what goes with what. I don’t. I don’t really spend time picking things out and neither do I know what to wear. Sometimes I throw it together and it doesn’t look as I imagined but I just deal with it. Today’s outfit is somewhat like that.  I’ll change out of something if I’m uncomfortable though. Other than that, it doesn’t bother me and that’s my style philosophy if one can call it that.

I wore this to get ice cream with T. We have a Cold Stone Creamery about a 10-minute drive from us and it’s in the same plaza as the supermarket I usually go to and it also excites me to say that it houses a 24hr Subway (though T was commenting about the dubious freshness of their bread at 3am).

IMG_5981What I’m wearing today:

Top: Black tee from Singapore Thrash-metal band Ossuary

Accessories: Blue, yellow & black bib style necklace from MYBEAD88 on eBay; Brown cat-eye shades from RAY BAN; Black pleather belt with silver buckle from H&M

Bag: Grey studs and skulls cross body bag from GORGEOUSLAND on eBay

Bottoms: Light blue cuffed denim shorts from OLD NAVY

Footwear: Black gladiator wedges from KENNETH COLE REACTION

Here are some sample tracks:

The Story Of Sun & I – The Life Journey

Tune-in: Runaway

Here are some songs, all called Runaway and they are all very interesting! As they say on the streets of Bangkok – same same, but different…

Runaway – Plain Sunset

Runaway – Bon Jovi

Runaway – Budak Pantai

Runaway – Electrico

Runaway – Pink

Runaway – The Misfits

Runaway – The Corrs

General mood of the moment… I want to just run away. Whatever happened my swinging a random bag of clothes and making a run for a spontaneous short getaway? Responsibilities is what happened… gah.
