This wasn’t the outfit I envisioned when I decided on what to wear today. I first put on a bright pink leopard print polyester top from RIVER ISLAND and decided that they didn’t go with my F21 leggings (VPL and all that). Also, I came to work without the long cardigan. It just got cold in the office and I had it hugging the back of my seat. Today, I also have a new photographer. I say thanks to Stephanie from Corp Comms… my colleagues are awesome.

I actually went into some shops today and the purpose of this post is to show what I tried on. This is the 1st time in a long time that I’ve gone into the shops here in Singapore. And I bought a dress!!!

Making a regular band t-shirt fit a stubby frame

This is my friend Wasya’s husband Ben (Wasya’s the shadow on the right taking the picture). We were at Lulworth Cove in Dorset earlier this year to check out the Jurassic Coast. I wore my favourite ballet flats and trudged up and down the rocks! Jones Bootmaker makes great shoes! I only wear band t-shirts (I made up that rule myself ok!) and this was given to me by an Indonesian outfit called Elemental Gaze. To make the t-shirt fit me better, I widened the neckline, trimmed off the sleeves and shortened the length by snipping about an inch off the hem. I do that with a lot of my t-shirts. It’s easy and it fits better!!!
