My POPSUGAR Must Have Box for September 2013 arrived on 25th September.
This September box is all about doing it yourself, whether that means starting a new project making something for your or a friend, beautifying your home, or tackling an endurance workout. Style is on our minds as our team takes on yet another Fashion Week, but we’re also focusing on our homes as we look ahead to the chillier moths. We can’t wait to see what you create! We hope you enjoy the September box.

As you can tell, I am not ye of lil faith and have taken the plunge to subscribe to this after my unfortunate encounters with at least 3 of these monthly boxes in Singapore. I really love the idea of these subscription boxes and there are so many different ones in the US that I want to try (and even purchase some for T) – there’s even one for GEEKS!
- Barr- Co. Original Scent Reed Diffuser (Retail Value USD46)
- P.S. – You’re Invited by Erica Domesek (Retail Value USD17.59)
- Rifle Paper Co. Coaster Set (Retail Value USD16)
- Kitsch Headbands (Retail Value USD11.99)
- SHOPTIQUES (USD25 gift card)
- That’s It. Bar (Retail Value USD1.66)
- Sharkies Organic Energy Chews (USD1.48)
I love the Barr-Co. reed diffuser and it smells really yummy – both T and I love it! We currently have it in the window sill of our bathroom and the apothecary bottle is so chic especially when the sun shines through it.
The That’s It bar and Sharkies organic energy chews were gobbled up by T on our road trip through California yesterday – he said they were pretty good.
The DIY book, the pretty floral coasters and the headbands – I’m not so sure what to do with them so I might do a giveaway soon!
My first POPSUGAR Must-Have box and I’m rather pleased at what I got for USD35 inclusive of free shipping! YAY! This is way better than the sample-sized stuff we usually get in Singapore. Can’t wait to see what else I get next month! Fingers crossed it’ll be just as good.
Sounds like a fab box. I get the GlossyBox and it’s a bit hit and miss. I have ended up buying full sized versions of several products I have received in it though so I can’t complain too much!
I know what you mean about hit and miss. That was the case with 3 of the beauty subscription boxes I had in Singapore. How much is a GlossyBox? Do you think it’s worth the price? I love opening parcels from online shopping! Heeheee it’s like a birthday present to myself
It’s £10 plus £2.95 shipping cost. I think it’s mostly worth it. There’s almost always at least one great product. I just wish they’d lay off the nail polish. I love nail polish so I already have a massive collection and the colours they choose are always awful. I love the day it arrives too. I get so excited. Lol!
I totally know what you mean. HAHAHAHAa!
