This is getting serious. I am running out of space and I have too many things. In some kind of crazy online shopping frenzy, I totally forgot what I ordered and came home to 5 packages! (This excludes the 2 dresses I have to collect from the tailor sometime this week, OMG! And I have 2 custom tailored dresses arriving soon from Bandung!)
I am officially putting myself on a shopping ban. This means no new clothes, accessories, shoes and bags! And at the same time, I will work towards ridding HALF my things so that everything will fit into my 1 closet again!
This shopping ban starts 1 August 2012 and will end on 31 October 2012. (Fingers crossed…)
Oh and no couponing either. EEKS!!
That’s a photo montage of the bursting closet, a hanging rail, a bag of clothes randomly chucked on the floor… And unseen are more clothes that can fill up 2 suitcases and THEN SOME!

Good luck with you clear out and shopping ban!! I’m getting a little short on space myself. But that includes fabric for sewing – I think I need more sewing with fabric, less buying fabric because I think its pretty.
Thanks! I just thought of something frivolous – I might start a TRADE ME page with a list of things I want (not clothes, shoes, accessories of course) and then people can offer me their stuff for things listed on my for sale page!

I hear you. I too, you know, have just one small wardrobe. For every piece of new clothing I make or buy, I need to get rid of one — that is my new motto for this year. (Need to blog about this, one day.)
