Footwear: Black ballet flats from PRETTY FIT

Chloe, love the neckline on this dress! I also like how cute it looks with ballet flats. You can never go wrong with ballet flats! I need to buy me a pair! The last pair I owned was more than ten years ago. Sigh. 😦
