Here’s an update from London in point form:
– Earl’s Court B&Bs for cheap & accessible accommodation. My 2nd time here. I’m at City Continental this trip but Oliver Plaza was better. Still both are about £50 a night & 3min walk from the Underground (with lifts, no need to drag suitcase up long flights of steps)
– Nice & cold but still manageable. No snow yet though. Winds are bad and my eyes keep tearing when I’m cold) My first winter in England. I’m usually here in Summer. Strangely though, I’ve always been here in ‘J’ months (June, July & now January)
Oh, I miss London so much! (Spent there two weeks last summer and want to go back every day :D)
Summer here is beautiful. I love picnicking and rolling around huge lawns. Fantastic weather to walk and walk and walk and walk
OMG Chloe, don’t you look cute in your winter gear! And you’re naughty enough to post a picture of cupcakes to make us drool! 🙂
These are famous cupcakes from the Hummingbird Bakery in Notting Hill at Portabello Road. So pretty and so bloody delish!!
I am so envious! You look super cute in winter wear, like you belong there!
What a funny thing to say but I wish I lived here. I dunno why I keep coming back every other year when there are so many other places I haven’t been to yet
Maybe because you have an attachment to the place or the people? I feel a part of me is very english but really only because the children storybooks i read are based in england.
Hi lovely! I am so enjoying your London-posts! I so wish you would still be there in a few weeks when I am going for the blogger meet. I love your oufits, the stripes and the dots and the glasses. so sweeet, just like you ❤
I know!!! I’m so gutted I can’t be there! Work beckons unfortunately. I do hope to see you in person some day
