Year in review 2010

I find myself complaining quite a fair bit about the things I don’t have.  But life has been kind and my lot for 2010 has been fantastic even if I’m fat, short and at 32, loveless and starting to get wrinkly.

Other than DJing with PIXIEDUB one of the funnest female DJs in Singapore (and a dear friend) at the Official STEREOPHONICS After Party in April at Stereolounge, 2010 brought me many gifts.

On the 17th and 18th of November, I hosted my first SSO Babies Proms. It was nerve-wrecking doing this alone in that huge Concert Hall stage but it turned out alright! Experience and extra $$$ – who can say no to that?

At work, the Mosaic Music Festival team (of which I’m part of) has been acknowledged by The Straits Times. We made it to the 5th spot on the Entertainment Powerlist. The photo shoot was really fun!

I’m grateful for my friends, I am grateful for my job, I am grateful I live in a safe and modern country. New clothes, new shoes, new music, new experiences…

hello 2011… What new gifts do you bring me?

  1. We should all learn to be like you, i.e. thinking positively. And you have been so good at your work! Now I am inspired to try harder (at my own “work”) 🙂
2011 will be a good year, right???
